Our Distribution teams execute the movement of our New Balance products across the globe. We are looking for data-driven decision makers to join our team and become collaborators with both internal and external consumers. Operations & Engineering

Located around the globe, New Balance’s Operations and Engineering teams are committed to delivering the best-in-class products to our global consumers. These teams employ advanced engineering techniques and technical expertise to achieve our goal of delivering on time and on-the-cost, with high-quality work at the forefront of everything they achieve.

Product & Merchandising

New Balance’s Product Creation team is made up of fearless innovators who create authentic product stories and experiences that are tethered to our athletes and culture. This team is the thread of our brand, forging deeper connections to sport culture as we work passionately to inspire athletic achievement and self-expression.

New Balance’s Commercial teams are where strategy, cross-functional teamwork, and results come to life. These teams develop our strategic plans, manage account relationships, lead our internal cross-functional teams, and ultimately own the results for our key retail customers. As a member of our team, you will contribute to driving profitable growth and brand momentum for New Balance in the marketplace.

New Balance’s Digital Product Management teams are passionate about delivering world-class experiences to consumers and driving meaningful change across sports and communities. Our Digital team operates our consumer website across 30 countries, and our Retail team manages more than  5,000 stores globally. Our Technology and direct-to-consumer Ecommerce teams are located across the globe, with a shared mission to build tools that allow our consumers to find the products and styles that fit their lifestyles and ambitions, and leave them feeling, playing, and looking their best.
